All the manufacturers
represented by The Brace Shop, Inc. and its
affiliated websites provide the highest quality
products available and want to insure that our
customers are completely satisfied. To insure
complete satisfaction, the manufacturers will
repair or replace, at their election, any
product if it is proven defective because of
materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover pads or straps,
which wear and require replacement under normal
use. This warranty also does not cover repair
or replacement caused by misuse, abuse,
alteration or accidental damage.
All warranties are the responsibility of the
manufacturers.
Our return & exchange policies
are applicable to all items ordered from the
Brace Shop whether shipped from our warehouse or
directly from the manufacturer. If the
product is shipped by the manufacturer, they are
an agent acting on The Brace Shops behalf and
their return & exchange policies are
considered null and void.
You may
return most items sold by The Brace Shop, Inc.
and its affiliated websites within 30 days of
purchase for a refund minus a restocking fee of
15%. The Brace Shop, Inc. will pay all shipping costs if the item delivered to you
was a result of our error.
We cannot guarantee the
sizing of an item. The sizing
indicated on our websites come directly from the
manufacturer recommended sizing. Please
make sure the sizing is correct before ordering
your brace.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE
ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN
DAMAGED, WORN OR DIRTY DUE TO USE).
Certain
items sold at the Brace Shop and its affiliated
websites are non-returnable. A
non-returnable item is one that cannot be
returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
These items may include foot related products,
compression shorts, hernia belts, maternity
products and custom made braces. Please
note the Non-Returnable
warning on the product page before
purchasing.
We cannot accept returns of
certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 30
days after delivery.

Any item that is not in its original
condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Any item that is missing the appropriate
instruction manuals.

Any item missing the original packaging
material.

Any product that has been used in any
shape or form.
Customers wishing to return an
item for credit must contact our office within
30 days after purchase of merchandise to obtain
a refund minus the appropriate shipping charges
and restocking fee. Any item returned after 30
days from purchase without the consent of The
Brace Shop shall be returned to the customer at
the customer's expense or subject to a 25%
restocking fee. The
Brace Shop reserves the right to change
these terms without notice.
A customer
MUST OBTAIN A RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
from our office before returning any item. Any
product returned to our warehouse without this
number shall be returned to the customer at the
customers expense or be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If an item is
defective, contact us by email or by phone
immediately, and
upon our authorization, return the defective
product, with the original purchase invoice,
freight prepaid to the address listed at the
bottom of this page.
If you have purchased the wrong size brace,
and would like to exchange it for a different
size, please contact us by email, instant
message or by phone and
upon our authorization, return it to our main
office.
All shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer, unless it is
determined to be our error.
Shipping exchanged braces is normally via
ground or US mail. Customers can pay for
faster shipping if requested. We
suggest that when you receive your brace, try it
on inside your house to see if it fits properly. If it is
too large or too small, contact us and place the
brace back in its original box. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the
customer. There is a 15% restocking fee applied
to every product returned for credit.
There are no exceptions. This does
not apply to exchanges or a defective item.
Only one exchange is allowed per order. If
more than one exchange is requested, the
customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please speak with one of our customer service

*If the brace has been worn down or dirty, we
cannot accept it!
*If a brace is returned to us without a return
authorization, it will be returned to the
customer at the customers expense or subject to
a 25% restocking fee.
*If a brace is returned to the manufacturer
without our authorization, it may not be
credited properly to
your account and/or the brace will be returned
at the customers expense or subject to a 25%
restocking fee.
